RECEIPTS

PAYPAL
A Paypal receipt will appear immediately after your payment is processed online. Print a copy of your Paypal receipt for your records. It may take a few days before you receive email from us. Your Paypal receipt means that you have been reserved space in the class.

CHECK
If you paid by check, a receipt will be emailed to you after your check has cleared. Please note that during bank holidays, check payments are delayed.

We will call you only if there are problems with your registration. All of your information is kept in confidence. 
We have a very STRICT confidentiality policy. We do not sell or release any of our records to anyone. Period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give us advance notice (10 days or longer). If you give less than 10  business days notice, we will gladly give you full credit for any future review course (no administrative fee charged). We charge a $30.00 processing fee.*

Under the note section, write the month type review course.
​We accept personal checks or business checks. It may take several days for your check to clear. Please mail check at least 7 - 10 business days before the class starts.

"Bounced" Checks
There is a $30.00 administrative fee if a check or credit card "bounces" due to low funds.


Preferred Payment: PAYPAL 

Do not forget to print your PayPal receipt for your records. The payment will show to "National ARNP Services, Inc.".

If your job/spouse paid for the course using their name, please email us a note with your contact info and the name of the person who paid for the course so that their name doesn't end up on the roster and you get credit for the payment.
